We stand behind the quality of our courses. If you are not satisfied with the Contextual AI Playbook for any reason, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date. No questions asked.
To request a refund, send an email to support@contextualaplaybook.com with your registered email address and the reason for your request (optional). We will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
Refunds are processed through Paystack back to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or mobile money provider, but typically takes 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.
Once a refund is processed, your access to the course content will be revoked. If you wish to re-enroll in the future, you are welcome to purchase the course again at the current price.
Refund requests made more than 30 days after purchase will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be made in bad faith, such as completing the entire course and then requesting a refund.
